Well, that took a little longer than expected (14 hours!), but the bookshop is now up and running properly again.

1. The SSL certificate is clearly visible;
2. The shopping cart totals have been added to the sidebar so shoppers can automatically click to check out from any page;
3. We removed the blue borders around the page edges to make it feel less crowded and be more easily read;
4. We finally tamed that pesky account issue, so now you only need a name, email address, and telephone number to create an account;
5. And everything’s been backed up and tidied.

Even though it took a lot more work than expected, we’re pretty pleased with the results. The bookshop has been moved to  drolleriepress.com/books, but don’t worry if you forget to bookmark it. We have the old store automatically redirecting to the new one.
