As you may know, DP’s main offices are in the Cleveland, Ohio metro area. Unfortunately, that means we’ve been without power since Sunday afternoon and will likely continue without power until Friday. If you’re expecting an answer from email or need something, I’m afraid we’ll be unable to provide it this week. Keep your fingers crossed the electricity returns early!

I had heard and didn’t relate the Ohio outages to DP. Sorry to hear about it. A “hurricane” in Ohio. Whodathunk. We’re still dealing with the fallout of the flood here in Iowa hoping to have houses with power before winter. Now waiting on the plague and locusts…

Thanks for the sympathy guys! Everything is finally working. We had power on Tuesday evening, but spotty internet and phone through Wednesday. It’s nice to be back to normal.
