telephone issues

It’s not that you haven’t been calling; it’s that we haven’t been receiving our messages. If you’ve tried to call us in the last month, we did not receive the message. We have changed our answering service and should receive all messages in the future. We strive to return all calls within 4 business hours. The number (fax and telephone) is the same, 800-351-2524.
