The computer we use to format the ebooks is in the shop, so it will be mid-week before we get these releases out, but coming up:
Assiniboin Girl by Kathi Wallace, Middlewitch by Heather Parker, and Needles & Bones, the surreal anthology from a really talented line-up of fiction writers and poets.
Coming up after these, the Little Red Riding Hood anthology, which is just waiting on some final art from the artist, and the Mother Maiden Crone anthology, which is waiting on final copy edits. We also have coming an historical romance novella from talented author Nora Fleischer, a YA magical adventure, and more. We can’t wait to share them with you.

Woohoo! This all looks spectacular. Great summer reading material.

I’d like to say these look intriguing, but it’s hard to say that with only the covers to go on — and clicking on the covers (as seems to be consistent with your site) only gets me… the covers, larger. I’m used to cover-images being links to something, hopefully a useful something: an interview with the author, the author’s page, the book itself, or at the very least a link to the first post about the upcoming book.
Right now, though, I’m left with a cover and no real certainty about where to find out more, barring just waiting until a) there’s a post specifically on the book, assuming that b) I even remember by then that this was a book I’d been curious about.
Just a suggestion, but it would be truly helpful if you could link such images to a page that told me more about either the book, or how to purchase.
(And while I’m at it, when you post an excerpt for new books, these are nice — but the excerpts I’ve read have no link at the end that clearly says, “go here to buy this book”, which gets annoying after a bit. There’s usually a link on the preceding page — that is, a choice of “read excerpt” or “buy book” — but it’s only one step more to make it very very easy for me to impulsively buy the book after reading the excerpt, instead of making me work to figure out where you’ve hidden book-buying pages.
Thanks! And the site is lovely, even if the navigation has me baffled sometimes — at least it’s a enjoyable kind of baffled, given such gorgeous design.

@kaigou, thanks so much for your input. I really appreciate it. Unfortunately, I was working off the back up computer and didn’t have the links or the information you would have liked to have, but will soon. We’ll also be making other changes to improve navigation.
