In conjunction with Joely Sue Burkhart’s MayWriMo Writing Challenge, we began to plan a month long digital conference, including text chats every weekend, Word Wars in the chat room, and, of course, the writing challenge. I’m incredibly pleased at the breadth of the topics, and honored by the number of authors and other writing and publishing professionals who have agreed to share their wisdom. The con will be held at Coyote Con.com, and we’ll have a con suite for people to drop in and chat, encourage one another during their slog through the Word Wars (which will also be held in a chat room there) and celebrate their MayWriMo victories.
