I‘m sorry to have to report that the computer storing the bulk of the submissions we’ve received over the last two months has died a fiery and unexpected death. We are working on recovering as much data as possible, but we have not yet been able to recover the submissions. Rather than keep you waiting and wondering, I decided it would be much the best course to come clean and ask for your help in getting on with things.
If you submitted within the last two months and have not received either a letter of acceptance or a pass on your story or art, we would very much appreciate it if you would submit it again.
If you have not yet received a letter acknowledging your submission, we would very much appreciate it if you would submit again.
If you have received a letter of acceptance and your story has not yet been returned to you with edits, we would very much appreciate it if you would send us your manuscript again.
Unfortunately, we arranged for backup a little too late. Thankfully, we have now designed redundancy into the system so this should not happen again.
If you are resubmitting, please put RESUBMIT in the subject line and we will move your submission to the top of the queue.
I apologize for any frustration this may cause you.
