I‘m very pleased to announce that Alien Dreams by John Rosenman will soon be available in our bookshop as well as on mobipocket.com, fictionwise.com and ebookmall.com. There’s no excerpt yet but as soon as it’s through final edits, it will be posted. For more information about John or the book, check out the front page of the bookstore or John’s author page.
In addition, we would like to officially welcome Darin Bradley on board as our new poetry and literary fiction editor. Darin holds an M.A. in Literature and Literary Criticism and a Ph.D. in Poetics—he specializes in the mechanics of weird in contemporary, small-press, speculative fiction.
He has worked in the past for The Porch, American Literary Review, Strange Horizons, and GrendelSong, and currently edits fiction, art, and design for Farrago’s Wainscot. He enjoys classic science fiction and horror films, single-malt scotch, and speaking about himself in third person.
Darin’s writing has appeared in or is forthcoming from Electric Velocipede, Strange Horizons, Polyphony 6, The Internet Review of Science Fiction, Paper Cities: An Anthology of Urban Fantasy, Drollerie Press, Diet Soap, Bewildering Stories, Abyss & Apex, Astropoetica, and The Porch.
If you’d like to contact Darin, you may e-mail him at darin @ drolleriepress.com. He’ll be there with bells on (though since it’s not a video chat I can’t absolutely guarantee the bells) when we open up the chat room to celebrate the release of Alien Dreams.
In other news, I am very pleased to report that we will be having a joint gallery exhibit/reading and book signing for Deborah Grabien’s novel, Still Life with Devils, in Cleveland, Ohio on the evening of Friday, December 15th. Deena Fisher’s digital paintings, including some cover art, will be on display. More information on the event will be provided soon.

Alien Dreams sounds fascinating and the cover is, as usual, just the right fit to get the creative appetite hungering for more.
And congratulations to Mr. Bradley! Sounds like it will be a great partnership.
